Consultant and communicator specializing in artificial intelligence. I help companies understand and apply AI: strategy, use cases and production deployment. I am a co-founder of Diverger; before that I worked at Sngular, MAPFRE and Microsoft.
As a writer and speaker, I cover technology, innovation and strategy — on this site and at conferences and in the media — and I am co-author of several books on the impact of technology on work and society.
On method. Articles published since 2023 are written with the support of large language models: at first with an ordinary chatbot; today, with my own editorial harness — instructions, tools and checks built around the model. I do this for transparency, and because writing about AI deserves first-hand exploration.
